Dropped in there today with my cracked radiator. Dropped everything he was doing and had my radiator welded up while I waited. He was extremely fair with his pricing. I had forgotten what real customer service was like. Nothing was a problem
i had a crack in my radiator, i called simon the day before, told him my make and model (niche family van), he had the part delivered the day i dropped it off and fixed after lunch. charged me value of part only. my partner had a cracked tube in her car, took it to simon and he replaced the tube free of charge and sent her on her way. i cannot recommend simon more, wonderful operator, great family business.
Simon is a great genuine bloke... He did an excellent job replacing the radiator in my vehicle using a good quality radiator.. his prices and labour are so much cheaper than all the places I called. He even cleaned the engine bay once he was finished unlike the people who serviced my car the week before.. To bloke with alot of knowledge about vehicles.. I highly recommend Simon as he knows what he's talking about!!
