I felt like a complete moron after backing into a pole and smashing my bumper. The staff got me in for an estimate within a couple of days and scheduled the repairs very quickly. They were super friendly and knowledgeable. Helped me get other insurance and gave advice for a rental. Repairs only took a couple of days and you can’t even tell that I hit the pole.
