First off… Impeccable body work and customer service! The work on my vehicle was perfect. Working with the entire team, Alex and Cedric made it very easy. But I would like to acknowledge Bryce, I just met him, but it felt like speaking to someone I knew for a long time. He took care of my family, was very kind to my son, and was able to take our bad situation and flip it around for us. If you choose to go to M Toguchi, you will be in good hands.
Highly recommended! Easy communication thru their text service. Very fair pricing. Accommodated my schedule for drop off and pickup. My Toyota Rav 4 was great after the rear quarter panel repair. Thank you!
First: M Toguchi Body Shop did a beautiful job at restoring my 2023 Kia Sorento to it's original state... With that in mind... it did take a while to get my car back... not Toguchi's fault, but with the complicated electronic sensors in the back, and getting the wrong parts from Kia... in the end, I'm very happy with the results and would recommend working with them.
