Friendly customer service. No hassle experience. Autobody work was good. Paint was not a 100% match. (note: Their website FAQs state that they guarantee your paint will match). While they do give your car a complimentary handwash after the repair, where I feel they lack is in properly knowing how to care for your car's paint when washing it or removing residue (ie: wiping in circular motions is a no no. Service Communicators were great and they did an awesome job on the body work. Only negative was there was a blue shop rag left in the bed of the Truck and some Window Trim cuttings left on the driver Seat. Also a very strong odor from possibly bondo or paint. Its to be expected but could maybe recommend using disposable Floor mat pads or interior covers to minimize exposure and Reduce lingering smell.
