Terrible management and middle management. Decent job, if you can stay out of the drama middle and upper management seem to constantly need to bring into work. Dishonest and hidden agendas all around. Used to be a decent place before, this is what losing a good supervisor and putting an unqualified, non-people oriented person in charge of a department. Decent work, but just trash guiding the team. Middleby needs to really investigate what’s going on with the facility management, turnover is a bit drastic. Worker beware.
