When my friend’s furnace stopped working, the house became very cold very quickly. M/T Sink Plumbing was the only company in town that returned our call, and their response time was excellent. They were prompt, efficient, and very polite throughout the entire service call. Always on time, extremely punctual. Craftsmanship is amazing as well. Had some work on my furnace done, really reasonable pricing and I felt safe leaving the employees in my home well I was gone. More recently I purchased a hot water on demand system off them after my old hot tank went... Again the employees did a phenomenal job, explained everything to me in slow motion and made me feel good about my purchase. I will be contacting them in the future for an air conditioner unit as well.
Came and did an assessment, gave me the options, and then a quote. Craftsmanship and professionalism was amazing. Ted also provided us an easy to remove access panel in an inconspicuous spot for future repairs/upgrades. Price was reasonable, and ended up being less than what was quoted. All around, awesome.
