Came and did an assessment, gave me the options, and then a quote. Craftsmanship and professionalism was amazing. Ted also provided us an easy to remove access panel in an inconspicuous spot for future repairs/upgrades. Price was reasonable, and ended up being less than what was quoted. All around, awesome.
