They do not stand behind their work they refuse to call anyone back or even answer the phone. Been trying since beginning on summer nothing back yet other than verifying Freon leaks inside my home
I will never use this company again. I have had both a full house install and a mini split install done by them. After the mini split install, I asked for warranty information. He said to send my email and he would register it and send me the info. I immediately sent my email. Its been over two months and numerous attempts at contacting them and they have ghosted me. No warranty info, no contacting me back, nothing. Do not use them!
I would give this business 0 stars I have been trying to get them to return my calls about a warranty repair they came to my house to verify my unit was leaking Freon INTO my house they said it was that they had to get ahold of YORKS MANUFACTURING to get the part but they have not answered any of my calls or my grandmothers calls to see when they can fix the issue this all has been going on for MONTHS!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THESE PEOPLE!!!!

Heating system went down. Called Tiger and he helped me get going over the phone. Came out early next morning in 14 degree cold and fixed! Reasonable cost! You have a/c or heating issue give them a call.
