The ENTIRE process of installing a backup gas generator (Generac) from estimate through special financing to completion was a very good experience. They did a good job it appears. The test run of the Generac generator worked fine. I supplied my own concrete pad, so there was no digging or placement of gravel or purchase of Generac elevated pad. This was only a $350 discount from their full price, which seemed like a low discount to me.
