Probably the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had, saying there’s an income base, and then not giving me a specific number. It also says on their website that they have special requirements for students, but wouldn’t let me know what it was. The old lady assumed I was a student and assumed that I didn’t make enough money before I even said anything.
