Wow – I can’t thank Tracey and Mark from M&T Pool Services enough! They did an absolutely amazing job with my pool – it looks brand new! I’m honestly blown away by the results. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and care truly show in their work. Tracey and Mark were both so friendly, reliable, and easy to deal with from start to finish. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome – thank you sooo much for bringing my pool back to life! Highly, highly recommend M&T Pool Services and TRACEY she was loooovely!
It was ok for a little while but these people have too many clients and only one of them knows what they are doing and unfortunately he's the most arrogant pom I have ever met Left my pool riddled with algae and refused to clean after his repair man kept my chlorinator for nearly two weeks. He now refuses to pass on the info for this inept repairman in order to fulfil warranty. Simply not professional!
Mark & Tracey are the best pool cleaners we have had There advice and knowledge is fantastic . They have emptied and cleaned our pool which just looks amazing . They will keep our pool maintained regularly.

Reached out to M & T Pools to help with our pool. They arranged a visit promptly, offered tips for us to keep the ducks away, explained everything clearly to us, inspected our pump system, tested our water and provided a detailed plan including cost information. We have engaged Mark & Tracey and could not be happier! While it did take a couple of visits to get our pool water back to a safe, swimmable state, our pool has never looked better!
