I always have an amazing experience here and the staff remembers my name and asks about my family. Previously my nail tech went above and beyond and made my Mickey Halloween Magic Dreams come true! Then yesterday she did great with with summer floral.
I went today to get my eyebrows arched. It was the worse most painful experience ever and I've been getting my eyebrows arched for 20+ years. She put wax to far down on my eyelid. She also put a thick layer of wax instead of a thin layer. It's red and very tender.
Very clean salon. Best pedicures in town!
Terrible experience from start to finish. They left me sitting there for a long time, then someone came and turned the water on and left. It was about to overflow when another worker noticed. Water was cold. Then she cut my toe (ouch) and the nail polish looks like a two-year-old did it. And I paid $35 for the privilege!
