Terrible experience from start to finish. They left me sitting there for a long time, then someone came and turned the water on and left. It was about to overflow when another worker noticed. Water was cold. Then she cut my toe (ouch) and the nail polish looks like a two-year-old did it. And I paid $35 for the privilege!

I loved this place until my birthday yesterday I was rushed through the guy doing my nails I asked him to stop I wanted my cuticles soaked and pushed back he said I know and kept going. He then did not have them he shape I want before he started putting the s and s on I asked him again to stop because they were the wrong shape he said he knew and kept going. This is the second time I have came in for my nails and a pedicure and the same lady has completely messed them up. I get the dip powder, and the makes them so thick and lumpy it looks like silly putty stuck to the ends of my fingers. It was so bad that I chose to have them soaked off this time. I will never come back to MT Nails. The color of the polish did not match the sample, then the lady picked the wrong color, I asked for gel and she was trying to give me acrylic. It was a mess. An absolute terrible experience.
