I had my window glass replaced and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Everyone I connected with was friendly and provided prompt responses. The trades showed up right on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and left everything clean. The windows look beautiful and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Very happy with the quality of work and would highly recommend!
Awful service. Brought a medicine cabinet mirror to be replaced on a backing plate. Turn around was supposed to be 3 days, took 2 weeks. That's how long they said it was taking to remove the old mirror from the backing plate because of the glue. Okay! Picked up the mirror, looked okay until trying to install. Hardly any adhesive was put to secure the glass to the backing plate making it unstable. Sent email with photo and video of issue and was emailed by Jeff that Ken the GM would get back to me. Superb and fast service
We had three pieces of glass that we needed cut down to fit into (x3) interior doors. From the moment we reached out to M&T and Jeff in Customer Service responded we knew straight away we had found the right company. Jeff was extremely quick to respond, very knowledgeable and quick to lend his experience and advice to us (who know very little about the complexities of glass).
