Awful company We wanted a quote for a small piece of carpet repair. They asked for photos so they could give a quote. Photos sent. We waited 1,2,3,4,5 days and nothing. We called back and they said they wanted $300. We then asked for the umpteenth time if they could email the estimate. We waited 1,2,3,4,5,6 days and nothing.
