Bad experience… I’ve lived here for 6 years. I recently moved from one apartment and into another apartment in this same building. After moving out they are trying to charge me over $5000.00 for wear and tear. There was no walk-through done after the move out. I told the manager I wanted to clean my apartment before I moved out and she said, oh, don’t bother we’re going to be doing that anyway, so you don’t need to. For the love of God, don't rent here if you are bothered by pot smoking. Despite it being against policy, the tenants smoke like chimneys, and despite NUMEROUS complaints about the miasma of pot smoke coming into the apartments, the management does NOTHING. At night, even in the dead of winter, you'll need to sleep with the window wide open and the fan on to blow the clouds of smoke away. It’s a great location, super walkable to downtown and cap hill. The rooftop features some pretty nice views of downtown skyline as well as Mt Rainier on clear day. The staff are nice and generally helpful.
