I just Iove Dr. Cook and his office staff. They are always kind and will work you in for an appointment when your sick.
Julie Ann has changed the level of service and patient care dramatically in a negative way. Very sad. Dr. Cook and Tara are great caregivers but the level of professionalism and organization by front desk staff is horrendous. Gloria was far better and part of Dr. Cooks original staff before he joined Piedmont.
Juliana, one of his staff members, not only complained about how much certain patients mad her mad but she would take personal calls (from her mom) ignoring the office phone. Dr. Cook is a great doctor, he was out of the office due to family emergency and Juliana yelled at me for calling my insurance company to ensure that I was going to have my doctor s visit by another provider covered. Very Helpful. My son called from school sick so I called at 11:40am and even though he has never been to this Dr. Before they made him an appointment for 1:30pm. Thanks
Doctor ok, Wait was over 75 minutes. Since Piedmont took over staff has been awful. Take my advice, try someone else.
Awesome doctor. Great bedside manner. Highly recommend Dr. Cook!!!! Front staff would not win any awards.
