I booked a room for 12/29/23. By the time I made it at 5pm I discovered that I had lost my wallet with my Driver's License and credit cards. The front desk manager asked for a photo ID and all that I had was my hospital issued ID and the card with which I had booked the hotel. My wife and I pleased with the manager for a recourse.
