Do not buy from this builder. After closing, their services are non existent.
Placed a deposit with M Signature Homes almost a year ago. Plans could not move forward due to financing on the developer's side. We did not receive many updates from M Signature and were extremely patient throughout the year long process. We've dropped out of our agreement and requested our deposit back over a month and a half ago. We were assured we'd receive our 5000$ deposit back within 30 days by cheque in the mail. Still nothing. I would not recommend M Signature Homes.
