Had a great experience with the stylist Nicole, twice. Overall, service is amazing. The salon’s vibe is modern & friendly. Offers drinks, including coffee (black/latte), shampoo ladies are all top notch. Nicole is great at communicating. She listens to the customers’ needs & wants. She is willing to accommodate if necessary. I did layered cut, straightening roots (magic straight) & digital perms, the texture of waves & quality of my hair is on point w minimum damage. Will definitely go back.

This was my first time here and I cannot stress enough how much of a great job Klodiana did with my hair. She was receptive to my issues and offered helpful feedback. She absolutely SAVED my hair from a nightmare haircut I got from my usual stylist. Suffice to say that Klodiana has gained a new faithful customer.

I don't think I've ever been obsessed with haircut before but wow, I am one happy client! I was recommended by a friend to get cut from Klodiana and she is truly a master or magician. She listened and delivered. My hair looks and feels amazing. She's also a very lovely person :) I will be coming back!

My hair came out ok. I asked to first but the hair dry bc I have extensions cut but I was told no. Then my hair was cut too short and uneven in the front. More attention should be made to listening to the customer.
