I got there for my 3:50 appt at 2:15 hoping they could get to me early because of another commitment at 5. I was out of there by 3:30. I am grateful for the flexibility.
It's rare these days to go into an establishment and feel made important by the people inside. Everyone I encounter treats me as if they know me. I love this experience when I go there.
