The overall therapists are such good professionals poeple. The staff and the people working at the front desk act inconsiderate and even rude at times. I have had maybe one good experience with one of the workers. The rest do better. Espically as working in a mental health center empathy is needed and understanding. As well as patience so be better. It’s a shame to see people hate their job, whose purpose is to help people.
I was fortunate to use M&S to help my young 12-year-old son. M&S provided the psychological evaluation and suggested the appropriate treatment. I was fortunate to use their services.
It doesn't work, I lost $ 400 in a consultation and on top of that, when they complained, they told me that it was the price of the diagnosis, I don't know why the doctor never resolved me and told me that she wasn't going to work there anymore, I lost $ 400, Don't waste your time No money going to this place happened in the clifton office
Therapy for my son has been great, however there is one staff member In particular, who is extremely rude and unprofessional, and I have complained time and time again. She’s extremely unreasonable and extremely argumentative not to mention she’s insensitive and more worried about going back-and-forth than coming to a solution to help the patient. I truly believe they would be better having A different receptionist.
Very bad service they don’t even have patience they deserve lower stars get better survice my son lost a day of school and also I missed a day of work
