I am deeply disappointed by my experience with Miryam Quinn. During a conversation with a patient who is no longer under pediatric care, she made a statement along the lines of: “I am going to disregard everything you are saying because you are mentally unstable and have a so-called special diagnosis.” If accurately stated, comments like this are unacceptable, dismissive, and unprofessional. El front desk es muy grosero y desafiante , llamo a hacer una cita y siempre me tratan mal , no recomiendo este sitio , si se supone es un sitio de psicólogos debería ser el trato más amable con el paciente y sus familiares .

I had a very frustrating experience trying to contact this psychotherapy and counseling office today. I called six times, and every single time the front desk answered the phone laughing and immediately placed me on hold without saying a single word. This reflects terrible and rude customer service, especially for a mental health practice where professionalism and courtesy should be a priority. My call was important, yet no care or respect was shown. Because of this, I now have to go in person just to ask one simple question... read more
