This is one of the most disgusting and unhygienic places I have ever been to. Both the Clifton and Hawthorne offices are dirty and poorly maintained. The administrative staff at both locations are unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with. The only positive aspect is the therapists and the quality of the therapy services they provide. Other than that, I would strongly recommend staying away from this place. In my experience, the staff are not very friendly and do not seem to genuinely care about their clients.
This office is completely unprofessional they don’t really give a damn about the black community because they treat them differently and I’ve experienced this on several occasions with my daughter going there and I do not encourage anyone to go to this establishment.
I am deeply disappointed by my experience with Miryam Quinn. During a conversation with a patient who is no longer under pediatric care, she made a statement along the lines of: “I am going to disregard everything you are saying because you are mentally unstable and have a so-called special diagnosis.” If accurately stated, comments like this are unacceptable, dismissive, and unprofessional.
