Therapist are great, front desk not so much.
The overall therapists are such good professionals poeple. The staff and the people working at the front desk act inconsiderate and even rude at times. I have had maybe one good experience with one of the workers. The rest do better. Espically as working in a mental health center empathy is needed and understanding. As well as patience so be better. It’s a shame to see people hate their job, whose purpose is to help people.
I was fortunate to use M&S to help my young 12-year-old son. M&S provided the psychological evaluation and suggested the appropriate treatment. I was fortunate to use their services.
