Deleted my previous review that was based on naomi who is no longer there she was great. Unfortunately can’t say the same for everyone else. Starting with the girls that answer the phone are at the window. They are all rude and unprofessional. According to the girl I just spoke to “I’m not supposed to get a call for follow ups” I’m supposed to schedule my son’s appts with the therapist Diana. Terrible customer service , appointments take way too long to make. They never call you back. And tell you information last min. Will definitely be going somewhere else . I wish I can get it lower than a one. The ladies working the front are the WORSE!! . Isn’t a therapy place suppose to have nice people speaking to you and not people who hang up the phone on you? . This place has gotten worse and it’s the staff. Not even the psychiatrist or therapist. It’s the front desk and their attitude . Nothing but rudeness and nastine... read more
This is a terrible place & they only make my mental health worse. My therapist said I should kill myself after I opened up about suicidal thoughts & she said "Yeah, go for it!" & it amde me have a mental breakdown at their office & they offered me gum as support. My therapist hit me.
