I had a very frustrating experience trying to contact this psychotherapy and counseling office today. I called six times, and every single time the front desk answered the phone laughing and immediately placed me on hold without saying a single word. This reflects terrible and rude customer service, especially for a mental health practice where professionalism and courtesy should be a priority.
