Didn't show up when promised to finish the job. Hired another heating company from Barnes to finish. Good thing that they discovered a number of things done wrong and had to redo them correctly. If left that way it would have had a failure of the system shortly after. Would not recomend them

Mike and his team are excellent. I called him to get a last-minute diagnostic check on our mini split AC unit that wasn't working on one of the hottest days in July. He was prompt, professional, and communicated clearly throughout the process. He also gave a fair quote for a replacement of the AC unit. I would absolutely work with Mike and the M&S team again.

My dad contacted him while I was at work and made a deal with him so I called him when I got him to make sure he was legitimate and not a scammer. He hung up on me after a few questions, which made me feel comfortable that he wasn’t scamming. He showed up the next day and installed a new furnace. Did a great job, got it done fast, and for a fair price. Would recommend him without question to anyone else.

Showed up quickly. got the work done quickly and professionally. would call again why 3 stars???? didnt cash the check until a month later. when MY money is strapped.. thanks for making sure i dont have anything left for the month for food, gas, bills.......... real cute
