am so disappointed! My self and my children are patients at the Garden City office. I like it there, but what happened today its making me want to find a new Dr. Office. My 19 year old daughter woke up with a bad sore throat and 101 fever, she called the office at 9:45am, the called was transferred to the answering service, they took a message and told her someone will call her back. The doctors here are ok. It's just the waiting time to see a doctor that sucks! They will have you waiting an hour to see a doctor or get blood work/urine results! Smh
The staff was very friendly, organized and took time to listen and be engaged in my care. I'm not the type to post my reviews on any place of business but they do a superb job!!!
