I contacted M&S Electric for a quote and someone came out to look at the job. That was over two weeks ago, and I never received the quote they promised. I called multiple times to follow up and got no answer or return call. What really bothered me was that when I called from a different phone number, they answered immediately. Called m&s electric, the receptionist was rude , I tried to ask her questions she talked over me and just had a bad attitude . Because of her poor people skills I decided to look elsewhere for a different contractor to do my project . I wonder how much business this company loses per year due to this woman's bad attitude.🤔

I used M&S to install a service line for a new construction home I was building. They damaged the underground water line that fed the house. Instead of them notifying me that they hit it. They did their own makeshift repair that failed and leaked for over two months before we noticed that there was an issue. I sent them all receipts and invoices that cost me to do the repair and they promised multiple times that they would mail me out a check. Here we are over a year later and still have not received a check
