Chad came out and asked we give him a week to get back to us with a quote. Today makes two weeks since he has been here. Had another contractor come out and we had a quote the next day. I’d rather work with someone locally than have someone come from afar. But they really dropped the ball. Three phone calls and not one return phone call.
They were the first people to come out give me a quote. However it took them two weeks to get the parts and they kept running around trying to bring me the wrong parts that wouldn't work. Then when they finally get all the pieces it took them 3 days to install the AC. I went ahead and paid them then instead of when the job was done and it's been over a month since I paid them, 48 days and they still have not finished the job.
