The communication, and professionalism was terrible. Was originally told on October 26th that they could start work on November 14-21 then on the 13th they changed the story that they couldn't start until December 6th. It was too late to take it to another shop since other shops were booked out further and insurance was already started so we continued with them. AWFUL COMMUNICATION! I brought my vehicle in almost 2 weeks ago after a accident. They took pictures and I was told i would recieve a call later on about the estimate, and setting up the appointment. Mind you this is an insurance claim. I did recieve one call about an issue which I called the insurance company and had it fixed right away.
