This is the type of local business that goes above and beyond after something as stressful and tedious as getting in an accident, and working with insurance companies, can be. They assessed the damage, worked with the insurance company, and even gave me a HUGE discount on what the insurance company should have, but decided not to cover. I had good experience with M&S collision Milpitas. Cost was affordable and time was right. I can definitely suggest here to my friend and will come back if it in need for future. Nice place.
If we operated our business the same way that this company operates theirs, we wouldn't BE in business. Ordered a control arm from us, and when the driver is about to deliver it, changes their mind and says "we tried to call them all morning to cancel the order". That's a blatant lie, and you know it, and now we are out $75 delivery fee. Stay far far away from them.
Very terrible service. Avoid at all costs. Scammers.
