Chris helped us with an insurance claim for our home, and overall we had a positive experience. His communication was clear and timely throughout the process, which made a stressful situation a bit easier to manage. I feel like we received fair compensation in the end. The process itself isn’t easy and definitely requires patience, but I believe he did right by us. I would recommend him to others.
Initially M&S was very responsive in the beginning of submitting our insurance claim. Voula came out and assessed interior damage and sent out a roof inspector (Black Lab Construction) to come look at the exterior. This was 2nd week of December. I never once heard from them again. I found out about my partially approved claim by receiving an insurance check in the mail. I contacted M&S today and all they could say is that roof wasn't covered because there was no evidence of storm damage. Very poor communication and experienc... read more
