This is my 6th car from M&S Auto Sales, Inc., and I’ve been doing business with them for over 15 years. They have always been good to me, and every vehicle I’ve purchased has been nice and reliable. Absolutely the worst mistake: A month after purchasing my vehicle and making repairs. The car is undrivable and unfortunately, all vehicles are sold AS-IS. I do not recommend this car lot to anyone.
Worst place to get a car heavy over priced on all vehicles more than half of them have a down payment that is worth what the car is worth or more I highly recommend choosing a different lot
Andrea and Leigh Ann are wonderful!! The customer service was amazing and I appreciate these ladies so much!! I walked in a customer but I left feeling like family…. Come see these ladies and they’ll take care of you!!
They have super poor customer service. Andrea will omit things out a conversation so the repossession can happen. Imagine being 14 days late. You speak to the rep 4-5 times and not one time did she say you close or I am going to repossess your car. You know why they bully you into signing documents that say no returns on repossession. I was 14 days late spoke to them. Like just give me till monday. I just paid the 400 car insurance. Not one time did she say repossession. They prey on people who need help.
