I went to them for an oil change they said I would have to wait a few days but checked to see how low my oil was first. After seeing my oil was super low they took care of me right away. This was the best experience I ever had. Everyone was kind friendly and just all around awesome.
Had to make a pit stop here on my way up north to family after evacuating WNC post hurricane. These folks made time to see and fix my car that same day. They caught a major issue that the mechanic I stopped at in VA missed the previous day. Incredibly thorough and knowledgeable service, thanks to them I made it home safely that night!
Everyone is so great and listens to customer concerns! Prices are good, knowledgeable mechanics and just good guys! I highly recommend M&S Auto!
