I’m going to miss the best doctor I have ever had! Lousy insurance has failed me! After all these years
I am a new patient. This was my first appointment with Dr. Gross & meeting medical assistant Janelle. From start to finish, I had the best experience ever! For those of you seeking an internal medicine Doctor... look no further.
I have been seeing Dr Gross for years and he is the best. He goes into detail on his diagnosis in terms that anyone can understand. He is easy to talk to and has a good sense of humor. He stays current on medical issues and is on top of new procedures.
Worst healthcare experience I've had so far, but have heard if you are female good luck, well what can I say, very dismissive, does not listen and if you challenge him in any way, he will drop you as a patient. I think everyone has the right to advocate for themselves and should ask questions and challenge your doctor from time to time. Don't just assume your doctor has your best interest and health care at heart.
