The doctor's bedside manner was very strong and lack of empathy! Walked out in tears. The most insensitive doctor I've ever seen.
Today, I went in for a yearly check and expressed some concerns I had about no follow up regarding my diabetes checkups and my health records being received. My medication was stopped and there was no message, text, email, letter or call from her office that I needed to come in and be seen. I was also not told this at my last appointment, nor was a follow up appointment scheduled!
