I was a walk in. They asked me to come back in an hour and I am glad I did. Everyone seemed very friendly and welcoming. Henry was my nail tech. He did a beautiful job and really paid attention to detail. His massage was also nice. The spa was clean and quiet (soft music playing).
My favorite place in town. Always kind and the nail technicians will hear out your requests
I’ve been going to Nyny for over 2 years now and I honestly wouldn’t go to anyone else! She is truly amazing at what she does. She pays so much attention to detail and my nails come out perfect every single time. She is also SO talented with nail art and I can bring her an idea or inspiration photo and she always makes it look even better than I imagined. The salon only had 2 nail techs, we had an appointment at 11am for 3 manis they called & rescheduled for 12:30pm. When we got there the 2 nail techs were doing other people's nails. The one nail tech took one of us then the other tech when she got done with the mani she took the customer to the pedi area (that lady had to sit there forever). The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I scheduled an appt two days in advance, no one called to let me know they were down 2 staff members. I was running a couple mins late. Once I arrived I was greeted and berated for the late arrival (as I usually am on time and wait for staff to greet me). I asked the gentleman why he was being so rude to me I have been coming to this salon for almost 3 years. He said they only had 2 people working, I asked how that was my fault maybe they should have cancelled appts. As we ... read more
