I’m just supporting the Rogers name
My experience with Miss Rogers has been lukewarm at best. She made two egregious errors in the case apologize for the first one and offered to drop the case. I felt it was more fitting punishment that she have to finish out the case and do a good job which she did not do. The separation agreement does not have dates as to when certain things are supposed to be done, like splitting assets. No deadlines.
