Treated just like Family
I have been calling for 4 days straight and cannot get a hold of anyone. I have spent up to 1.75 hours of calling back to back after being on hold so long that the system sent me to voicemail. I think they went out of business.
Can't get ahold of customer service, leave messages and they don't call back,there products have problems, there broke when they come ,curved ,grinder markes,they should be sold as seconds.it definitely not plug and play
We have ordered from them 2x, both times a rock was broken. We ordered from Home Depot and they will not replace it. I wish we would have known before we made our order. I orders came separate, or we would not have ordered a 2nd time.
