Michael is very unprofessional and collaborates with shady landlords to avoid window replacements. He did an “assessment” of my windows that have received emergency HPD violations and claimed they were not in need of replacement. He never even touched them or tried to open them. Another company has determined them unable to be repaired and will be replacing them; just as soon as my “landlord” pays the deposit.
Assignment: Winterizing the door to the Juliette balcony and making an opening for the hose of a portable AC. The team was highly professional and creative. They were neat in winterizing the door while ensuring that the area is clean. The team came out with an ingenious way of installing an opening for the hose while ensuring that cold air doesn't enter in the winter months.
M&R did a mirror removal project for us. They were prompt, courteous, and thoroughly professional in every respect.
