I had a great experience with M&R Windows. They fixed all of my windows themselves, and installed new screens no problem. Appreciate their professionalism and kindness.
Had a work order for one window in the bathroom to be fixed (runners needed to be replaced) Their mechanic bait and switch me. Worked on all the windows when I wasn't home with no authorization and charged my building for the work. Spoke to Micheal about it but he kept avoiding looking into it. I highly don't recommend this place. If your co-op tries to send them i suggest denying access. Went from being covered to over $600 of work. Very shady company/ practices. Getting my new windows installed with M&R was easy. Great communication with David on sending someone out for measurements and installation. Fernando installed them and he was excellent. Called when he was on his way. Super professional and friendly. The new windows look great!
Worked with Michael and David to replace a few windows panes and sashes as part of my apartment renovations. Clear and timely communication throughout, quality work at the end! 100% recommend.
Had the pleasure of M&R windows working in my apartment today for a repair to my fire escape window. Oh the service recieved today was absolutely amazing. The service tech sent was on time, super knowledgeable and showed interest in his field.
