Brand new white quartz countertops staining. Accidentally spill hot water on them and they turn neon yellow. Other stains seemingly come out of nowhere in colors that don't match any food or beverage that's been near the counter. I had another brand of quartz countertops for years and they were bullet proof. MR Stone quartz countertops are NOT bullet proof. They stain! If you cook, can, or have hot water in your kitchen don't even consider their quartz. But the installation crew was fabulous.
We had a wonderful experience with this company. Everyone was easy to work with and our countertops turned out beautifully. The men that installed were very professional and kind. They left the area cleaner than we left it. Thank you! We will use them again with no hesitation!!

Had brand new quartz countertops put in and they didn't chaulk the top of backsplash quartz against the wall. Bad gap in one corner (see picture). Emailed their representative and she said their service department will reach out to me. That was Nov. 21 and it's now Dec. 6. Had to pay some else to finish their work.🤬
