Had brand new quartz countertops put in and they didn't chaulk the top of backsplash quartz against the wall. Bad gap in one corner (see picture). Emailed their representative and she said their service department will reach out to me. That was Nov. 21 and it's now Dec. 6. Had to pay some else to finish their work.🤬

They installed my kitchen countertops. They screwed up the back 4" high stone portion and I now have a 1/2" gap between my countertops and the wall. I reached out to them about what to do. It's now been 5 days and I haven't had one response from them. I'm stuck with thousands of dollars owed on this project and it's not right. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
