After initially agreeing to repair a Certikin pool sand filter, I was never able to get a reply to email, message, sms or voicemail. Cannot be bothered any more.
No answer on phone or emails, tried repeatedly
Had a problem with my pool, I can't get hold of anybody. Was promised it come with a guarantee but all my contacts attempts are being ignored!!!
Do not use this company...4 years ago they installed a pool cover at my home. I recently had a problem with the pool cover so I attempted to contact them in order to resolve the problem. After many phone messages, emails, web site messages, texts etc they never bothered to ever contact me. Zero customer service. Found another most helpful company who have professionally solved the problem.
