If you are lucky enough to get someone good and if they should happen to call out sick they hardly ever have a replacement.You also have to be available and able to train that aid for your needs. If you are working and need a home health aid for a love one this is not the company for you.

I find the business to be very unprofessional. The homemakers show up early or late, don't call to let you know. When the worker is sick or not coming the office doesn't call to let you know. I have had to call the office several times asking where my person was because they hadn't shown up The office then had to call the worker to find out where they were.
