James is amazing! I lost my tire on Hazelgreen Road and James happened to be driving by and helped me. He went to the store and bought lug nuts for us and helped us put the tire back on. That’s not all, he then followed me home to make sure the tire was doing ok. When I found out he was a mechanic, I decided to bring my 2001 Ford Explorer and trailer to his shop. Outstanding service, I brought my vehicle with a very concerning engine loud noise Nissan Armada. It was fixed quickly. I would highly recommend them.
I drove all the way to Oregon for the rent Faire and my van broke down on the way. I went to fix it myself and then broke a bolt off when the repair was done and I was assembling it back... struggled to extract the bolt for two days. I called JAMES m r ducks and told him the situation. I called on Friday evening at the end of the business hours. He called me back and set me up for Monday afternoon. An incredible find: knowledgeable and reasonably priced. And super-considerate of the customer.
Needed an alternator replaced, and James not only met with me quickly, but let me watch him work and talked me through the process. The job was done incredibly quickly and saved me a lot of time and hassle that I had already gone through with two other shops. Will definitely call again if I ever need it.
