I had a good experience, couldn't give five stars because, I wasn't the one paying the bill, so I can't honestly speak upon the pricing.
As a first time visitor and as a first time North Carolina resident I was very very pleased to find such humble, kind and polite service representative in this field of service. I was over taken with the willingness to help me on the spot without ever calling or having appointment but as a walk-in customer. I often wonder in these days would great customer service for walk in would return... as I was once a Ops Mgr for 30 yrs which I train heavily on great customer service.
