My daughter’s car battery was dead at Geneseo. Called AAA and M&R responded. First time we were told we were cash only which AAA said was not the case. He cancelled our call. Second time received a call from a rude person saying it was now after 5:00 PM and they couldn’t respond. I said AAA is 24/7 and I was rudely told there was nothing they could do. AAA said they should have contacted them if they couldn’t help us. Would never go here. Very rude to my daughter and then me.
