Had to have my car towed because it was starting to break down. Called my insurance company because we didn't have roadside assistance, so they offered to get us help if I paid them to have the car towed. Long story short, paid the insurance company money for the tow service, and then I'm informed that M and R takes the job and is being dispatched. Or so I thought.... Called insurance company for roadside assistance with the car running, keys locked in car around 11am. Quote said 12:44 for arriving. Once the truck was on the way it rerouted to 12:00. Everytime it'd come within 10min of arrival it would increase by 15 min. Finally called office around 1245 and they said I cancelled the request. No one ever called me and I never called them until now. When I finally talked to the driver he said another hour. Finally called the police dept and they were there within 15 min. Amazing company with by far the best service out of all the companies I called. Affordable and fast towing. The gentleman who towed my car (I'm sorry, I can't remember his name, but he was an absolutely sweetheart) was incredibly sweet and attentive. I'm hard of hearing, and calling can be incredibly difficult. The woman on the phone was very friendly and patient with me, guiding me through the process and a stressful situation. Thank you, M&R, for towing me and your amazing customer service!
Waited 3 hours kept telling AAA dispatcher another hr another hr while Im stranded 8 minutes from their shop! In other words they were pushing off my flat tire call to take more $$$ calls. AAA dispatch was able to find another company to come help me. Stranded on the side of a highway. Disgusting. Read reviews. Its not the first time.
They were amazing. Great service and was back on the road safely.
