DO NOT USE!!! Jason was horrible!! Geico submitted a tow request, Jason pulled into the gas station and pulled immediately out without calling me so I had to submit another request. Then Geico ordered another tow and it went to M&R again and Jason called me and gave me all this attitude about how he called me 5 times and it was my fault for not picking up, so he left. I would not recommend taking your vehicle to this place, I’d give a zero star review if I could! M and r has scammed me out of my money left and right, they are crooks and will over charge you for every little thing. They don't correctly fix things and they do a terrible job just so you have to keep coming back to pay more money. They tried telling me I needed to pay over $300 for my tie rod to be fixed in order for my car to pass inspection. Giving three stars, subject to change. Had my car towed by Jason today, a tow truck operator from M&R. He was pleasant at first and communicated well, that is until he was unloading my car from his flatbed, where he ended up crushing the front bumper as he lowered it. While it was happening, as I stood and watched my bumper getting crushed, Jason was scurrying around, cussing and trying to find a solution, but nothing worked, so he just lowered the car and let the bumper crunch until the car dropped about 8" to the ground.
