Called these guys due to a stranded Geneseo student. No power steering issue. Towed to their shop and fixed all in 24 hours. My son called another shop before this place and told him it would be 2 weeks to get it looked at

The team at M&r take great care of my vehicles.
Please stay away from this business. Their tow truck driver left me stranded on December 24 at about 12:30 AM. The AAA app indicated that he had arrived however he did not. When I called him he told me that I didn't answer his call therefore I will have to wait until they open. Eight hours later someone came and towed my vehicle. I'm a senior citizen and a Veteran, not that I need special consideration however this kind of customer service is deplorable.
