Brought my truck in on March 20th, 2023, knowing that it would be at least a week before repairs were done. I got it back on April, 21st, 2023. I was told to call back if things weren't right - twice on May 22, May 25 (was told I'd get a call back) and finally made contact on May 30th. I brought the truck out because the transmission is slipping. After a test drive I was told it's fine, it's the way I'm driving. Now I'm sitting on the the side of I-40 waiting for a tow truck.
