They're extremely honest. I took my car to have tires put on at a very large chain tire shop. I was told my vehicle needed a lot of expensive work. I brought it here and was told I only needed part of the work done and the rest really was not enough to require or justify being done right away. Saved me a ton of money. They're very friendly and not overly priced at all. I've been very pleased with all the work they've been doing, and that for a BMW, it has not cost me an arm and a leg.
They start repairs before any authorization. Just happened to a friend. Rude and horrible customer service. They need to be reported to the Bureau of Automotive Repair. Do not bring your vehicle there!

Ok so I haven't actually been to this place, what I did was called and spoke with a very sweet lady that I believe works at the front desk as well as a Gentleman that works on the cars. Let me just tell you 1st impression 5 stars to both of them. I called on a Fri like 20 min before closing on a holiday weekend and these people couldn't be nicer and more helpful. Just how they handle them selves me out the gate on a phone call wins my business for sure. I don't think you could go wrong with this one folks.
