Walked in to get 20 hats embroidered and the owner said we don't deal with walk in clients. I own 2 businesses and I'm shocked so don't waste your time here. As a business owner you never know who you are speaking with.
I initially reached out to M Plus looking for a winter jacket solution for my small team. Knowing we we're only looking for a few pieces I believed it would be hard to even get a quote from a real embroidery shop.
