I’m sorry to see some poor reviews. My experience has been wonderful. I started there for TMS. The supportive staff were amazing. Very kind, sympathetic and supportive. Dr. Nahas and his Medical students/Fellows and such (remember the U of M is a teaching institution) were helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve only had 1 negative virtual appt. I recommend them to anyone who is a Treatment Resistant Person.
If I could give a negative star I would. I'm 64 years old and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had in a Health Care Facility! In specific "doctor" (SAYDRA WILSON) who was assigned to me, was rude, unreceptive, not respectful, not helpful, and a waste of my time and money. Not recommended !
Utter lack of care or empathy from the staff here. Came to the reception desk to ask for urgent medical attention for someone who was experiencing a life-threatening medical emergency just outside the clinic, only to be completely brushed off and told to wait. It took nearly TEN minutes for them to finally page a doctor, who was the only person in the establishment to treat the situation with any sense of urgency or care.
