If I could give a negative star I would. I'm 64 years old and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had in a Health Care Facility! In specific "doctor" (SAYDRA WILSON) who was assigned to me, was rude, unreceptive, not respectful, not helpful, and a waste of my time and money. Not recommended !
Utter lack of care or empathy from the staff here. Came to the reception desk to ask for urgent medical attention for someone who was experiencing a life-threatening medical emergency just outside the clinic, only to be completely brushed off and told to wait. It took nearly TEN minutes for them to finally page a doctor, who was the only person in the establishment to treat the situation with any sense of urgency or care. seek treatment somewhere else, this place is a waste of time
If I could, I would leave zero stars. I was referred by my GP for a specific treatment. It took more than 9 months to get an appointment. When I had an appointment the psychiatrist wanted me to try another treatment before the one my GP sent me to get. I agreed to try the alternative with the understanding that if, after a good faith effort it wasn't working, I would get the treatment I had been sent for.
