Dr. Mathew gets a hands down 5 stars. The office set up, not so much. I had a wellness visit at 9:45. At 10:37 I was finally seen (which is unusual to wait like that, but things happen). Since the appointment I developed a sore throat, so I was scheduled to get a strep test. I was running 15-20 minutes behind and called the office number to make sure it was ok that I still come instead of wasting everyone's time. I was told the Dr. would be notified and to go ahead. Every time I would have an appointment, there would be an hour to two hour wait
Great attentive doctor. He made me feel like I wasn't just a #. Always have very engaging conversationS with the doc. Makes it easy to open up and tell him what's going on.
