Absolutely unprofessional. Lost our application through the process. Took money out of spouse's checks without a policy being established. I have tried on multiple occasions reaching out through emails, and then when we would get a response back, I would promptly respond back to the email with the documents and then the agent Margaret Pearson or her assistant Margie claim later they never received it!!!
