My low review is based strictly on the poor customer service given. My daughter made an appointment, online, to take my five year old grandson for a haircut. First time visit based on a recommendation from a friend. They arrived 10 minutes prior to appointed time and were not greeted very friendly. My daughter gives everyone grace and just took a seat. This place is trashy and the people weren’t so much better. Wasted $85 on a terrible experience. I don’t even think the barber had a license to cut hair !
Nice clean shop. Finally found Nate who listens to requests and executes them flawlessly
I brought my 13 year old son here today for a haircut. He had overgrown, curly hair. I booked the specialty cut for $60 as I wanted a high quality cut and that's exactly what we got. Viveka is amazing. She gave him exactly what he asked for in the picture her showed her. She explained eveything she was doing and is incredibly thorough. She even told us if we come back in a month or two (before it becomes overgrown again), we can book the regular, less expensive cut. My son said it's his favorite haircut yet.
