She was hired by a family member to threaten me. Yes! Threaten me. She sent me a letter accusing me of dumb things she was told by a problematic family member. Using the words towards me as nasty. Threatening to get the attorney general involved if i didn't stop talking about that family member. Very unprofessional. When my attorney called her and asked her about her client's claims she denied her representing her and hung up. Very unprofessional!
I can only speak to my personal account of Ms. Lauser’s representation in a Family Law matter. I’ve had 5 different family law attorneys in Shasta County. She was the worst one. Positives: She is a friendly person to speak with while she represents you. Negatives: Her knowledge in family law is inept. I was financially injured due to her negligence of a piece of property I bought prior to a marriage that my ex claimed partial ownership that was a complete lie. It was a rental property.
