RecommendedFirst time customer today. I was in need of some 5.11 pants and they have plenty to pick from. Rebecca was more than helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. They didn’t have my length in one of the pants I wanted so they hemmed them at no extra charge and had them ready in about 10 minutes. !! Also, trust Rebeccas recommendations if she gives you any. I went to M-Pak looking for a certain item, and they didn't have it. I was shown another item from a different company and purchased it. I was also looking for magazine holders. I didn't find any there, but the ladies showed me that they were able to order one for me. SUPER!
M-Pak has excellent leadership, quality, pricing and customer service. They customize everything to fit perfectly and the embroidery and badges are guaranteed to be 1st class. The staff is always there to provide what you need, when you need it and in just the way you need it.
More of a personal touch than any other place in town.
They have great prices and excellent customer service. They are knowledgeable about the products they carry and aware of many things my department requires in equipment, patch placement, etc.
The prices for my sons "Rodeo Sponsors" shirt was one heck of a deal. The quality of work was top notch, and fast! Kate was very polite, and easy to work with. Thanks, guys!
