Matt's company was booked to do an electrical job for us (installing lighting and plugs into garage conversion). Over the course of 3 months we had 7 incidents where he was booked in for work but did not turn up. Super efficient and timely service. Can’t fault them. Dropped them a text on Sunday and the switch was changed the following day. Brilliant service, thank you so much.
Unfortunately, I would not recommend this business. After they lifted the floorboards to access the electrics, we were left with a clunk every time we walked over them. They didn't come back to rectify this and we waited patiently for nearly a month but kept in contact with 5messages and 4phone calls. Still nothing. Now having to pay a carpenter. Extremely disappointed!!
I have use MPP Electrical Services for a few years now, and every job that this company carried out in our home has been of the most outstanding standard.
