Fitted a bathroom suit. Four months later we discover a leak under the newly fitted floor. Toilet was leaking for a lengthy period. New floor damaged and no longer fit for purpose. He refused to pay for a new floor and said he would replace the damaged boards. He refused to refit the new toilet, sighting this as the problem. Took a nearly a month for him to come out to inspect the damage. Nicked or cut through a wire when fitting the shower,thus electrifying the shower enclosure.
